As Head of Talent at Level House India, she oversees a diverse roster including Blackstratblues, Dot., JBABE, Parvaaz, Raman Negi, and more, championing artists who put creativity at the forefront. Beginning her journey as Tour Manager for Vir Das' Alien Chutney in 2016, Yama quickly transitioned into 360-degree artist management, working with iconic acts like Indian Ocean before going on to produce albums, music videos, tours, and long-term artist strategies.
