Tanish Thakker is the founder of Amplify Music Incubator (AMI), an artist development program launched in 2020 that empowers musicians with essential resources, knowledge, networking opportunities, and a supportive community. AMI has revolutionized the Indian music scene, catalyzing over 90 music projects and engaging more than 120 industry professionals through 250 workshops, artist residencies, and showcases. Tanish's passion for shaping music culture and fostering the Indie music ecosystem drives his work. He is also the co-founder of Jazz Weekender, a jazz music initiative, and co-runs Gatecrash, an international tour management agency.
