Ranbir Kapoor is a Senior A&R and Label Coordinator at Mass Appeal with a background spanning music business, artist development, production, and label operations. A professional musician and drummer, Ranbir studied Music Business/Management at Berklee College of Music before working with Atlas Music Publishing and 50 Cent’s tour management team. He later joined Universal Music Group India as Lead A&R for FoundOut Records and Def Jam India. At Mass Appeal, he has worked across A&R, production, coordination, and project rollouts for artists including KSHMR, Karan Aujla, AP Dhillon, KR$NA, Raftaar, Hanumankind, and others. He is also a Professional Member of the Recording Academy.
