Pitch to Perform
The objective of this pitching segment is to provide emerging artists with an opportunity to showcase their live performance capabilities in front of an audience. Artists will submit an audio-visual recording of their live performance for evaluation, based on which shortlisted applicants will be invited to perform as part of the official showcase at All About Music. The segment aims to spotlight exceptional talent, facilitate meaningful industry exposure, and create opportunities for live bookings, artist discovery, collaborations, and long-term career growth within the music ecosystem.

Submission Guidelines/Important Terms and Conditions:
- Incomplete or incorrect entries will not be considered.
- Applicants must submit an audio-visual recording of a live performance for evaluation.
- The submitted audio-visual recording must be between 2 minutes and 2 minutes 30 seconds in duration. The Organizer reserves the right to request a longer performance recording from shortlisted applicants.
- Audio-visual recordings must be submitted only via a Google Drive link.
- Only original performances and recordings created by the applicant or submitted with all necessary permissions shall be accepted only.
- The Organizer reserves the right to request additional information, documentation, or verification regarding ownership, authorship, and all necessary rights relating to the submitted performance.
- The Applicant, by submitting the application, represents and warrants that they own or control all rights necessary for the submission. The submission shall not infringe any copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, performer, or other rights of any third party. All contributors, performers, producers, and rights holders have authorized the submission.
- By participating, applicants grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to review, evaluate, and internally share submitted materials with judges, mentors, curators, participating industry professionals, and delegates solely for purposes related to the showcase selection process.
- The Organizer shall, at its sole discretion and based on such criteria as it deems appropriate, shortlist submissions received through the application process.
- Shortlisted submissions may be presented during the showcase sessions at All About Music. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine whether any submitted or shortlisted performance will be presented or performed at the event.
- Shortlisted applicants must be capable of presenting a live performance set of at least 20 minutes in duration at All About Music showcase which shall be at the discretion of the Organizer.
- The Organizer reserves the right to determine the final showcase schedule, format, running order, and participant selection process.
- Selection for the showcase does not guarantee commercial opportunities, bookings, representation, collaborations, recording agreements, or further engagement from any attending industry professional.
- Any subsequent business discussions or agreements shall be solely between the applicant and the relevant third party.
- Participants grant the Organizer the right to use their name, likeness, photographs, biographical information, submitted materials, and excerpts of the showcase performance for promotional, archival, educational, editorial, and marketing purposes without any compensation.
- The Applicant shall provide, upon request by the Organizer, documentary evidence of all necessary rights and clearances, including but not limited to permissions from copyright owners, publishers, record labels, performers, featured artists, producers, and any applicable copyright societies, collective management organizations, or licensing bodies, including without limitation IPRS (Indian Performing Right Society Limited), PPL (Phonographic Performance Limited), Novex Communications Private Limited (as applicable), and any other relevant rights administration or licensing entities in India or elsewhere (as applicable) .

Indemnity:
The applicant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer and its representatives against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the submission or use of the applicant's materials, including any claim relating to ownership, copyright infringement, performer rights, or failure to obtain required permissions and clearances.
