He is the Head of Artist and Label Marketing for Spotify India. With over 22 years of experience, Paddy began his career as a software engineer, and moved into the music business and has worked in the A&R and Digital space for leading Indian music labels like Times Music, EMI India & Universal Music. Before Spotify, Paddy was National Music Head for Radiocity India. Paddy is also a guitarist who has their own rock band One Night Stand. He has also had the opportunity to have a shared stage with Shankar Ehsaan Loy, He also performs regularly with his wife in their Hindi Retro Unplugged band Trishna.
