Kshitij Gupta is the Music & Business Head at Nav Records Pvt. Ltd., with over a decade of experience across the Indian regional music industry. Since 2013, he has worked across music in various North Indian regional languages and currently leads Nav Haryanvi, one of the leading Haryanvi music labels with a highly active subscriber base. His work spans music strategy, business development, and regional artist and repertoire, with a strong understanding of the evolving North Indian music ecosystem. Kshitij also serves as a member of the ARA Committee at IPRS for North India.
