With a 20-year career in the entertainment industry, Dev began as a manager for electronic act Jalebee Cartel and later co-founded UnMute, a pioneering music management and events agency. His experience spans artist management, events, and industry development, with a strong focus on professional, pro-artist practices. He has spoken and curated panels at global music conferences including Amsterdam Dance Event, The Great Escape, All About Music, and India Nightlife Convention and Awards, while also managing stages at major festivals such as Sunburn and NH7 Weekender.
