Born and raised in Mumbai, Tubby, also known as Indrajit Sharma, is a music composer and producer who has been actively involved in the Indian film industry for more than 30 years, collaborating with established figures such as Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy, Louis Banks, and many others. With a repertoire of over 100 songs and background scores, Tubby made his presence felt in early 2018 as a jazz-funk artist with the launch of his first album, FunkTub, which also marked the debut of his band. Tubby has explored various musical genres, from international collaborations and live performances to studio work, demonstrating his versatility by creating both contemplative devotional music and energetic, chart-topping Bollywood songs. He is widely admired for his rich orchestration of melody and harmony.
