Victoria Oakley is the Chief Executive Officer of IFPI, with a distinguished career across diplomacy, public policy, and global communications, Victoria now leads IFPI’s global operations, representing the rights and interests of over 8,000 record company members across 70 countries. Her prior roles include CEO of Portland, Global Public Policy Director at Google, and nearly two decades in the British Diplomatic Service - including her tenure as High Commissioner to the Eastern Caribbean.
