Jovan Martins co-founded the Collective Artists Network. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree, he started his career in events. From 2007 to 2008, he managed independent rock bands. In 2009, he transitioned to the talent business and has since focused on music talent. Currently, he heads the live and touring business at Collective and has played a key role in its development. Jovan's efforts have propelled several influential names in India to the forefront, including clients such as Sid Sriram, Jasleen Royal, and Jonita Gandhi.
