Ritnika Nayan has spent over two decades working across India’s independent music ecosystem, from artist management and live music to distribution and education.
As the owner of Music Gets Me High (MGMH), she has worked with artists including Maroon 5, Guns N’ Roses, and Nucleya, while contributing to festivals such as Lollapalooza and Ziro Festival of Music. She is also the author of Indie 101: The Ultimate Guide to the Independent Music Industry in India.
