Andrew Gould is President of Publishing at Roc Nation, where he leads the company’s music publishing division from Los Angeles. Since joining in 2021, he has expanded the roster, strengthened creative services, and built a dedicated publishing team. With prior leadership roles at Downtown Music Publishing, BMG and EMI, his career includes shaping global hits like “The Middle” by Zedd, Grey and Maren Morris, and signing artists such as Andra Day, Lewis Capaldi and Calum Scott. A classically trained pianist and Wharton MBA, Andrew also serves as a Governor on the Recording Academy’s Los Angeles Chapter Board. His work reflects a deep commitment to artist advocacy, music education and industry transformation.
