Ishani started out her career in Psychometric test development before making the switch into Media with Viacom 18 where she spent her time working on Marketing & Branded content solutions for MTV before moving to Viacom18's Integrated Network Solutions division.
At JioSaavn, Ishani has been an integral part of the building out Podcasts and overseeing it’s growth on the platform. She has been elemental in the development & production of the brand’s award winning properties - Kahaani Express and #NoFilterNeha, MindVoice with RJ Balaji & Reverence with Monica Dogra in addition to many more. In addition to building the brand’s catalogue of original IP, Ishani has also successfully helped forge partnerships with key podcast names nationally and internationally. During her time at JioSaavn, Ishani has created a blueprint for podcast partnerships as well as overall growth strategy which she continues to lead whilst bringing clarity of thought and life to the streaming services Podcast IP's.
