Arinjoy Sarkar is a professional blues musician since 2015, who is making a name for himself in the Kolkata music scene. Initially exploring rock ‘n’ roll, jazz, and European classical, he found his passion in the blues. Inspired by legends like BB King and Buddy Guy, Arinjoy began writing his songs and released his debut album with the Arinjoy Trio at the 2019 Mahindra Blues Festival. The trio, winners of the 2018 band hunt, have shared the stage with blues icons such as Buddy Guy and Charlie Musselwhite.
