Ray Ahmed brings a rare blend of music creation, sound design, and global music business experience. Head of Operations at PopIndia, Ray holds a Master’s in Global Entertainment and Music Business from Berklee College of Music. Beginning his career as a guitarist, composer, and sound designer, he has worked across film, documentaries, theatre, and advertising, and won a Best Sound Design award for Kenopsia in 2021. After working across global music markets in the UAE, Europe, and beyond, Ray spent six years with PopArabia and ESMAA before returning to Mumbai to lead operations at PopIndia.
