Kanika Gupta brings over a decade of experience across India’s music ecosystem, spanning radio, social tech platforms, music marketing and label building. She leads International marketing for Outdustry and Virgin Music in India, building culturally rooted campaigns that connect international artists with Indian audiences, and is scaling Outdustry Records through Rule by Joy, an indie-focused label. Earlier, she set up ShareChat and Moj’s music vertical, building partnerships, communities and operations with all major music label and artists. A broadcaster at heart, Kanika also hosts a national weekend indie pop countdown show, championing independent and pop artists on air every week.
