After a successful career as an International Opera Soloist, Mezzo-Soprano Yvie Burnett's career path changed dramatically when she started working for Simon Cowell on The X Factor in 2005.
Many other TV shows across the UK, Canada, and America followed and Yvie was much in demand as a TV personality, talent-show judge and vocal coach.
She still occasionally sings at major events but her main work lies in the mentorship of major artists bands and stars of stage and screen. These have recently included, Snow Patrol, Bastille, Katy Perry, Glenn Close, Ramin Karimloo, Sierra Bogess and Susan Boyle. In the past two years, Yvie has been coaching Sam Smith on a world tour.
