Sumedh Chaphekar had envisioned an intersection between cultures and technology, and this is how NOFILTR Group was conceived. Upon graduating from New York Film Academy two years ago, Sumedh founded Nofiltr.Group, exclusively out of the unbearable need to revolutionize influencer marketing and storytelling.
At 24, Sumedh tells stories through influencer marketing. Sumedh finds, incubates and spreads great stories told by brands through influencer marketing across the world. The untapped market of Indian Influencer Marketing, was and opportunity, that Sumedh picked up early and pioneered for the future in an otherwise untapped market.
The advanced functionality and integration of social media with e-commerce, and marketing in India has unlocked business models that are yet to be explored and adopted in the country, widely. Once he realised this, he formed an army of storytellers.
The idea was simple - identify talent and passion, give them the resources they need, give them the space the need and watch the magic happen.
Foresight and Intuition have been great business partners to Sumedh. And the mission statement of “Humanizing Communication” has single-handedly influenced all of decision making in the team.
“Humans do not trust ads. Humans trust Humans,” says Sumedh.
