From leading the digital business in Sony Music Entertainment, He has been instrumental in bringing one of the biggest international music label- Warner Music in India.
At his present role as Managing Director of Warner Music India, he is tasked with increasing multi-level partnerships along with driving initiatives to further the companies positioning across the Indian subcontinent.
With a master’s degree in marketing, Jay is a passionate leader and synergist who tends to enthuse similar focus and professionalism in his team without losing a smile on his face.
