Guy Moot serves as Co-Chair and CEO of Warner Chappell Music, the global publishing arm of Warner Music Group. During Moot’s distinguished career of 30+ years, he’s held senior roles at some of the world’s largest publishing companies, signing many of music’s most influential songwriters such as Amy Winehouse, Lana Del Rey, Mark Ronson, Daniel Caesar, and Salaam Remi as well as representing some of music’s most iconic catalogs, including David Bowie, Quincy Jones and Madonna, among many others.

Alongside Warner Chappell’s Co-Chair and COO, Carianne Marshall, Moot is building a forward-thinking culture that puts songwriters first. Since joining Warner Chappell in 2019, the company has signed and retained both established and emerging artists, songwriters and producers, including Cardi B, Anderson .Paak, Lizzo, Central Cee, Celeste, the late Pop Smoke and Saweetie.
