Dhruv Sheth is Managing Partner at OML, a global, artiste-first company that creates original content for digital platforms and live entertainment shows for artistes in the field of comedy, music and storytelling in 20+ countries. In his current role, he oversees the content and artist management divisions of OML.

Having joined the Mumbai-based company in 2012 as a production intern for the David Guetta concerts, Dhruv has, over the years, steadily risen through the ranks taking over a large part of OML’s content and financial and accounting responsibilities. Among the shows Dhruv helped build at OML are Bring on the Night, AIB's Roast show - Knockout, Comicstaan, Chacha Vidhayak Hai Humare,and around 35 stand up specials . He has also produced over 200 hrs of content for digital platforms in the past 3 years that include fiction and non-fiction shows across 7 platforms in India

The commerce graduate from H.R. college, Mumbai, who’s always been an ardent consumer of the music and entertainment industry first, before he became a contributor, has honed an instinctive sense of picking up talent. He has grown the artist management roaster at OML to 60 artists from 20 artists five years ago, and he aims to support original creators across the globe, in a way, helping shape future global culture trends.
