Adarsh joined Airtel after spending 16+ years in the United States where his most recent role was at Convoy Inc. as the Vice President of Product and Growth. At Convoy, Adarsh was responsible for building a digital marketplace for trucks and helped grow the company to a unicorn in under 2 years. Before joining Convoy, Adarsh was leading Product, Data and Engineering at Marchex, a mobile advertising analytics company. Adarsh also held leadership roles at Microsoft where he led the product group for browser technologies and managed 700M monthly active users. He also worked at McKinsey & Company, helping Fortune 100 companies in technology and retail.
At Airtel, Adarsh is responsible for:
· Airtel's digital business – Airtel Ads, Airtel IQ, Wynk Music and Xstream Video.
· Product vision and strategy across Airtel's B2C and B2B products as well as Pay, Data and Distribution platforms.
· Customer experience leader for Airtel's ~350M consumers, ~2,000 enterprise businesses and 1M SMBs.
Adarsh completed his MBA from The Wharton School. He holds engineering degrees from BITS Pilani and University of Florida.
