"24 year old, Aayush Tiwari is the VP of Talent Management & Music Business at Monk Entertainment. He overlooks a department that manages 90+ talents exclusively. He has launched 10 acclaimed regional creators like Mohak Narang, Tushar Silawat, Anjali Arora, Saloni Mittal, and many more on various short video platforms like MOJ, MX TakaTak, and guided them to become one of the top creators on the respective platform. Aayush took them from 0 followers to a 30M cumulative follower base. He also launched 14 independent creator series on Disney+Hotstar namely Ranveer Allahbadia’s “How To Be A Complete Man”, Salil Jamdar’s “Saala Salil”, among others; across genre- comedy, self-help, finance, motivation, and spiritual.
Monk Entertainment is a creative organization that integrates Talent Management, Video Production, Social Media Management, and Influencer Marketing. Starting the company in a garage by only a few people who are the fundamental players of this successful organization, they began by collaborating with select content creators including Chef Sanjyot Keer and Niharika NM, who are now among India's most prominent content creators. It was then that Aayush realized talent management was his strong suit. Started in January 2018 by young entrepreneurs Viraj Sheth (then 22) and Ranveer Allahbadia (then 24), Monk Entertainment’s growth has been phenomenal, starting off in a garage and eventually relocating into an office in 2019. Today, Monk Entertainment has more than 90+ brilliant content creators on board. Initially, the company started off with only 6 creators. Aayush's dedication and passion for his professional life are evident in the company's overall performance. Alongside working with brands, Aayush also hosted Marvel x Sony Pictures’ first private screening that brought together 20 creators to enjoy a premiere of VENOM - Let there be Carnage. Aayush has also worked on putting together one-off marketing end-to-end plans for brands from different categories like FMCG - beauty, fashion, fast food, Fintech - Neo banking, Stocks, Crypto, dating apps, and brands like Nykaa, Myntra, Binge Bar, Family, CoinDCX, WazirX, GROWW, Bumble, and more. He also facilitates a full-time video production unit. His recent projects include Prime Video’s Cinderella and Scaler’s Indian Money Heist - “If engineers did a heist”."
